Aeon Silicone Rings offers a Standard 30 day Return Policy on all merchandise. We accept returns on all merchandise that have absolutely no signs of wear and tear, or use. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The 30 day return policy starts from the date the shipment confirmation shows a "delivery" to your address. Return shipping is not covered under Standard Returns, and return labels are not provided. Please email [email protected] to obtain an RMA number as long as you are within the 30 day policy. We will respond back within 1 business day providing return instructions.
We offer a lifetime warranty against any factory defects on our products. If you believe there is a problem with your ring, please request an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is required for any warranty replacement to our company. No returns will be accepted without this number. Please email us at [email protected] to obtain an immediate RMA Number.
Aeon Silicone Rings offers a 60 day exchange policy on all our products. Our exchange policy covers all merchandise that have absolutely no signs of wear and tear, or use. The 60 day exchange policy starts from the date the shipment confirmation shows a "delivery" to your address. Shipping charges are to be covered by the customer, and return labels are not provided. Please email [email protected] to obtain an RMA number as long as you are within the 60 day policy. We will respond back within 1 business day providing exchange insrtructions.
Aeon Silicone Rings prides ourselves with the fastest shipping time in the industry and ships out same day Monday through Friday excluding holidays as long as the order is placed prior to 4 PM PST. Shipping timeframes are as follows:
Standard Shipping - 5-8 Days.
UPS Ground - 3-5 Business Days
UPS Second Day Air - 2 Business Days
UPS Next Day Air - 1 Business Day
Incomplete or Damaged Shipments
If for any reason, you received either an incomplete, or damaged shipment we are here to IMMEDIATELY help. Please contact as soon as you realize your shipment is incomplete or damaged at [email protected] and we will request more information to get this resolved in a timely fashion.
As we process your items for shipment immediately, to cancel your order please contact us as soon as you feel you would like to cancel the order. In most cases, we cannot catch the product before it ships so you will have to arrange a return by contacting us at [email protected] within 30 days from the date you receive your order. as described above in the return policy.
Refunds within our 30 day return policy will be submitted back through the initial payment instrument. No exceptions.
